I don't remember a time when I didn't draw or a time when I didn't need to be immersed in nature. Nature and art to me are intrinsic to existence. Like many other people I find the modern rate of destruction of the natural world for profit unfathomable. So I paint images of humans morphed with animals and plants to remind us that we humans are nature.

If we don't have the natural world, we don't have us.
